Old Farm House Roof Replacement

This home is over 100 Years old and it shows. Wind originally damaged the roof and we worked with the insurance company to repair. There were sever updates that the homeowner paid for while we were there. For the most part insurance covered everything. The roof had 3 layers of shingles and 1 layer of cedar shakes. Our roofing pros insulated attic to R-49 and installed proper intake ventilation. With the SBS CertainTeed Northgate shingles this roof will hold up for a long time, the shingles are made with SBS rubber to stay flexible. They are also impact resistant and great for cold weather application. Cindy the homeowner was blown away with the workers and the outcome of this beautiful roof. Color of roof is Mourey Black.
